TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

No minimum order for Sweet carts and Prosecco Carts. Can have one or more carts to suit your needs. 

Minimum of 2 hour hire for Candy Floss and Slush.

Minimum 30 Guest favours.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please complete our inquiry form above, or simply send an email info@cartsofdelights.co.uk or call Carol on 07941 775 092. State you individual requirements, dates and times and we'll do everything to meet your needs.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Once we've agreed your package we'll send you an invoice to complete your booking.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We deliver free of charge up to 30 miles of Worthing, West Sussex.

Further distances will be charged at 50p a mile for petrol and additional costs.

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

If you wish to change your booking we'll do all we can to accommodate your needs. However, this will be very difficult if your event is less than 4 weeks beforehand and could result in further changes.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

£30 Deposit on booking to reserve your date, which is non-refundable

Full Balance 4 weeks prior to event

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit non-refundable

Within 4 weeks of event - 50% refunded

Within 2 weeks of event - no refunded

 

BREAKAGES / LOSS or DAMAGE

The Hirer will be responsible for any breakages, Losses or damage to any hired packages

An additional £100 deposit will be taken to cover this and will be refunded on the event all hired packages are returned as ordered.

SPECIAL NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER

We can not be held responsible for nuts and other allergies as we can not guarantee other food products that may come in to contact with our supplies. 

 

It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure children are supervised at all times to prevent the risks of choking and damage to equipment etc.
